UFC Vegas 52 went down on Saturday night at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas. In the main event, Jessica Andrade put the strawweight division on notice by submitting Amanda Lemos with a standing arm triangle choke in the first round. With a dominant win over her compatriot, ‘Bate Estaca’ has put herself back into the strawweight title picture and she should fight a top five contender next.
In the co-main event, Claudio Puelles continued his winning ways with a first round finish of Clay Guida, Maycee Barber scored a dominant unanimous decision win over Montana De La Rosa, Chris Jourdain improved to two wins in a row by submitting Lando Vannata in the first round and Marc-Andre Barriault returned to winning ways with a first round submission victory over Jordan Wright.
