Conor McGregor has said that he couldn’t care less about a potential fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg.
The two tech-moguls have been going back and forth for the past few weeks, and they’ve involved UFC fighters like Alexander Volkanovski, Israel Adesanya, and Georges St-Pierre in their feud as well. Last month, Dana White revealed that he talked with both Musk and Zuckerberg over a potential fight in the UFC.
The UFC president even went as far as talking to the Italian authorities over the possibility of the Muskerberg fight in the Colosseum.
Dana White must not be pleased to hear it but Musk isn’t willing to work with the UFC.
“The fight will be managed by my and Zuck’s foundations (not UFC),” Musk tweeted. “Livestream will be on this platform and Meta. Everything in camera frame will be ancient Rome, so nothing modern at all. I spoke to the PM of Italy and Minister of Culture. They have agreed on an epic location.”

McGregor was very interested in the fight initially when the UFC was involved. Here is what the Irishman had to say.
“I’m interested. Are they going to go ahead with it? Is it going to happen? If it happens under the UFC banner, I’m with it. Nice to happen under the UFC banner and then I’m with it,” McGregor said. “For sure, for sure, I’ll do a bit of work with [Elon]. I hope they go ahead with it. The pockets might be long but is the talk cheap?”
After Musk’s recent comments, McGregor has taken a U-Turn.
“I could not be less interested in this. I am so happy that the UFC will not be involved,” Conor McGregor tweeted and deleted.
