UFC Vegas 7 went down on Saturday night at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas. In the main event, Frankie Edgar finally made his bantamweight debut against Pedro Munhoz, and after non-stop back and forth action for 25 minutes, ‘The Answer’ was awarded a split decision win.
In the UFC Vegas 7 co-main event, Mike Rodriguez scored a quick-fire first round knockout over Marcin Prachnio. Their light heavyweight encounter was bumped up to the co-main event after Ovince Saint Preux tested positive for the coronavirus a few hours before the card began. As a result, OSP’s 205lbs clash with Alonzo Menifield has been rescheduled for September 5th.
Elsewhere on the UFC Vegas 7 main card, Joe Solecki, Shana Dobson and Daniel Rodriguez all scored impressive finishes.
