The UFC lightweight division is buzzing with excitement as rumors swirl around a potential matchup between Charles Oliveira and Arman Tsarukyan.

Oliveira and Tsarukyan sparked speculation on Instagram, fueling discussions about a potentially thrilling fight between them.

Tsarukyan hinted at significant news with a photo on Instagram, captioned ‘Big news coming,’ while Oliveira shared a story stating, ‘The champ is back.’

Following Tsarukyan’s impressive first-round knockout victory over Beneil Dariush at UFC Austin, he boldly issued a challenge to the former UFC lightweight champion, and a fight between the two makes sense since Islam Makhachev doesn’t want to run it back with the Brazilian.

“To be honest, I’ve already told [UFC] I’m not interested in rematches,” Makhachev recenlty said. “Because if you want to [be a champion] in a good way, you have to add new names. There is [Justin] Gaethje, who I would say deserved a fight. I think it would be more interesting to fight him.”

Currently, all indications suggest that Makhachev is set to defend his belt against Justin Gaethje next.

‘The Highlight’ recently tweeted that he is waiting for the UFC to make a move.

“Waiting on the call. Ready when you are, UFC, Dana White. Let’s see who can kick the others head off first, Islam Makhachev. Do Bronx had his shot and didn’t show up for the rematch. It is what it is,” Gaethje said.

Makhachev responded by sending Gaethje a subtle warning.

“I can do more than kicking, be careful,” Makhachev said.
