Boxing star Ryan Garcia has fired back at Conor McGregor’s scathing tweet regarding Garcia’s alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs.
Garcia’s recent win against Devin Haney has been overshadowed by controversy after the boxing sensation tested positive for Ostarine on three separate occasions leading up to the fight.
In their recent boxing clash, Garcia managed to defeat Haney by a closely-contested decision, handing the former champion his first career loss. However, uncertainty looms over the legitimacy of KingRy’s victory, with talks circulating about a potential rematch due to the doping scandal.
Once on good terms with Garcia, McGregor took to Twitter to condemn Garcia’s use of drugs, also bringing up UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley’s history of testing positive for Ostarine.
“Cheated the weight and juiced, lifetime ban, sad to see, sad to say. Sad and a bit sick. Don’t come near me if I see you, Ryan Garcia. I am actually disgusted,” McGregor said in a deleted tweet. “This Ostarine it reminds me of Sean O’Malley was on that as well. I don’t like this; I’ll bust you both up. Do you want a spar? I will set flights right now for you both for a full-on spar each. Hotel Black Forge Inn the lot. #LetsSparOmalley and #Garcia two little ostarine heads, I’ll ride you both like yous are ostriches. Wtf is up.”
Garcia’s response was equally as volatile as McGregor’s tweet.

McGregor has been accused of using steroids to speed up recovery from a broken tibia he suffered at UFC 264, where he lost to Dustin Poirier by a doctor’s stoppage.
The Irishman will make his return to the Octagon against Michael Chandler at UFC 303.
