Former UFC fighter Mike Perry believes UFC CEO Dana White is ‘childish’.
After Merab Dvalishvili’s victory against Henry Cejudo at UFC 298, Dana had some positive remarks about the Georgian, who was in a bit of a pickle a few months ago because of his unwillingness to accept a title shot in the presence of Aljamain Sterling in the UFC bantamweight division.
At one point, Dana even went as far as saying that Dvalishvili should leave the UFC if he doesn’t want to fight one fighter or another, but after UFC 298, the UFC CEO confirmed that ‘The Machine’ is the next in line for a title shot.
In a recent episode of ‘OverDogs‘, Perry went off on Dana for taking a U-Turn on his earlier comments.
“I heard Dana be like, ‘Yeah, ‘cause (Merab Dvalishvili) wouldn’t fight his friend, you know how much we f***ing love that here,” Perry said. “They f***ing pick and choose whoever the f*** they want, whenever the f*** they want. They do whatever the f*** they want, and no one can tell them anything about it. That’s where it’s f***ing annoying and I lose interest.
“They’re still f***ing rude, disrespectful a**holes, who don’t give a f*** about these fighters or anyone who puts their life on the line to do this s***. It’s f***ing childish. How the richest f***ing guy, most popular, most famous f***ing guy of all time is childish. ‘Cause the NFL owners and s***, they would never say any of this f***ing s*** about any of their players.”
