UFC Columbus went down on Saturday night at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. In the main event, Curtis Blaydes knocked out Chris Daukaus in the first round to bag his second consecutive win. ‘Razor’ got the better of the striking exchanges and hurt his opponent in the first round before stopping him in the second, proving that he’s more than just a wrestler.

In the co-main event, Alexa Grasso submitted Joanne Wood in the first round to improve to three wins in a row, solidifying her place as a worthy candidate for a flyweight title shot.

Elsewhere on the UFC Columbus main card, Bryan Barberana improved to two wins in a row by scoring a split decision win over Matt Brown, Kai Kara-France pulled off the upset by defeating Askar Askarov two rounds to one to bag a unanimous decision, Neil Magny bagged a split decision win over Max Griffin and Marc Diakiese returned to winning ways with a unanimous decision victory over Viacheslav Borshchev.
